This Terms of Use policy governs the relationship between users of this website (Users) and Wrapsacks Inc. By using or accessing Wrapsacks Inc’s websites, you agree to the policies set forth here.
Privacy
Please see our Privacy Policy for info about
our commitment to protecting the privacy of our Users. For their part,
Users understand that their Track-a-Sack entries are visible to the
public and therefore agree to refrain from providing detailed
information about third parties in such entries. We encourage Users to
call
people by their nicknames or use other descriptions such as “Uncle Bob”
instead of using full names. Users who upload content that affect a
third party's right to privacy agree to hold harmless Wrapsacks Inc.
from any suit or claim for damages brought against the User.
User Content
Users shall not post text that is
profane, threatening or hateful. Uploaded content must also not
contain nudity or graphic violence.
Wrapsacks Inc. is under no obligation to make changes to the content
that users post. Should the User request changes, Wrapsacks Inc. may
require payment for such services.
Copyrights
Users shall not upload any content, such
as photos, that is copyrighted, either belonging to the User or to a
third party. Wrapsacks Inc. endeavors to respect copyright material
but does not have the capacity to police and verify the ownership of
such material. It is therefore the responsibility of the User to
verify that uploaded material is not under copyright protection.
Users
will not use copyrights or trademarks belonging to Wrapsacks Inc.,
including the logo, the trademarks Wrapsacks and Zipsacks, product
images, etc., without the written permission of Wrapsacks Inc.
